1) Back up both WhatsApp accounts on Google Drive. 2) Factory reset iPhone. 3) Transfer Shakira WhatsApp from Android to iPhone using the Move to iOS app. 4) Backup Shakira WhatsApp on iCloud. 5) Delete both WhatsApp accounts on Android. 6) Install regular WhatsApp on Android but use Pique's Business number. 7) Restore Pique Business WhatsApp from a Google Drive Backup. 8) Factory reset iPhone. 9) Transfer Pique WhatsApp account from Android to iPhone using the Move to iOS app. 10) Backup Pique's WhatsApp on iCloud. 11) Delete Pique's WhatsApp on iPhone. 12) Install both WhatsApp accounts on iPhone using their iCloud Backups.

Tienes q pasar business a normal en Android y luego con Move to iOS lo pasan a iOS y ya en iOS lo conviertes a Business de nuevo. O si no tienes q comprar un software

Hola Adriana, te recomiendo hacer tu copia de seguridad de WhatsApp un poco menos pesada, es decir borra todos los videos que no te sirvan, borra todas las conversaciones de los grupos que no te sirvan y haz un nuevo backup. Cuantos gigs tienes en tu backup actualmente?
