Great reaction. This was his last concert before the pandemic and before Ukraine war started. My heart goes out to all of them. Who knows how many of them survived? Dimash always has his family travel with him and his beautiful mom in the audience is very common. She is an opera soprano in her own right. She has a crystal clear high voice. Guess where he gets his voice from?! Of course she is a proud mom many times over. He really loves his mama. ❤ Dimash learned this song the night before. He always try to incorporate the local folk song into his concert, if there ever was a popular folk song. He would learn it and surprise everyone as his love and respect to the local people. What a humble and respectful human being Dimash is. That’s why we love him even more. ❤😊

Dimash is the bird of the world. It is not from this planet. He was sent to us to show that there is singing and another sounding of music.. Dimash is an unsolved mystery. 👉Dimash sings here, in Kiev/ Ukraine. That’s is the last concert from his world -tour ARNAU before Corona everything paralyzed. The Dears gave him a traditional Ukrainian shirt at the airport reception and Dimash wore it to everyone's amazement and delight at the opening of this concert. (whole concert on Dimash's channel) Dimash learned this Ukrainian folk song overnight for his Dears and he also sings to his mama… so touching. His mom is in the audience. She is a well-known and excellent classical singer in Kazakhstan. Dimash also loves it when his Dears sing with him and everyone in Ukraine knows this song. ARNAU - that means 'Dedication' because Dimash dedicated this tour to his Dears. Unfortunately it will be interrupted for over 2 years. The next concerts of his Arnau tour are planned for next spring (2022) in Düsseldorf / Germany and in Prague / Czechoslovak Republic. I keep my ticket as a treasure and can't wait to drive from Berlin to Prague in the spring.

Dimash only learned the song the night before the performance. No one knew he was going to sing it so it was a complete surprise to everyone including his mother. That’s why she was so visibly moved when he sang it for her and to her.

It's true, Dimash's Marigolds and War and Peace seems to be on every reactors playlist from Australia to the UK and it's wonderful to see so much solidarity around the world. It's a good job his mum is famous in her own right as the amount of times he gets her to stand up or shows her on camera would have me running for the exit. Svetlana/Sveta is a stunning beauty and is a beautiful singer in her own right. Dimash trained under the same vocal coach his mother did. Kanat and Svetland Aitbayeva are staunch supporters of Dimas as are his paternal grandparents. Except in the area of being a morally up right man, he has never been given limitations or the word "no" used as he was growing up. This has made not only the greatest singer and performer, but a tender, giving, loving man. Hard to find a man like that today.

As I watch this audience cheering him, tears well up wondering where are they all now? I loved this song before, but now it is even more heartfelt. I have met many wonderful people on KZbin (mostly through Dimash) from Ukraine and Russia. None of them wanted this. My heart goes out to Ukraine and all those suffering. 😎

Not to minimize Dimash in any way, but the fabulous bass, Avi Kaplan, is of Ukrainian Jewish ancestry on his father's side and of Russian Jewish ancestry on his mother's side. He is truly broken by the entire war games brought on by the elites of the world. I pray for the people.
