I definitely liked this Episode. First the card fight, it was entertaining enough, Avantgarda feels like a return towards Dimension Police and Nova Grappler with the added benefit being able to soul charge an order, also seeing Tohya still treating Massanori as a friend, eventhough he was manipulated into attacking Blackout, makes me love Tohya as a character even more than usual. As for Sam, this episode alone describes his character well and Project Uniformers became a bigger deal than usual with his involvement. Massanori causing the problems back in Overdress season 1 and 2 makes even more sense now with Project Uniformers. Overall a very good episode, which connects Overdress with Will Dress, very well.

Sam has a really nice mult-faceted personality, both serious and guarded, yet fun-loving and cheeky. Things are getting interesting again! Really curious what the plan to create the "ultimate strongest fighter" is all about. Seems straightforward, but there's too much depth to the schemes to just be that.

So it begins... SPOILERS! First off the opening is now V2, as we now see Dragon Tree of Ecliptic Decimation, Griphogila instead of the silhouette, though the ending hasn't changed which I expected it that Jinki and Griphogila will now be shown. As for the cardfight, I loved it Avantgarda was definitely a breath of fresh air from the typical Brandt Gate, (I just missed seeing robots in what was once Star Gate okay.) But I ended up headbanging towards the end of the fight because Gyroaxia music started playing. Next episode I assume these new characters are the ones that were announced that will be voiced by 2 members from Strawberry Prince, and Urara blushing and screaming right after. I also assume that she'll fight them and lose, probably.

Tohya move is risky as F! Taking the 2 crit with 1 to pass normally could ever work out at 90% of all matches. And actually knowing how Bastion guard system works, Sam should go with Jinrai, that way Tohya can't guard his attacks. From the data of the battle against Raika, he should know that Tohya heavily relied on Hermona if he can't pg. Jinrai will crush his defense to pieces. And against Bastion, you don't need Shippu with Avantgarda, just shoot Jinrai until the opponent is out of options.

That is incorrect. Hermona's skill moves herself to the guardian circle, not granting her intercept. Dusting can only stop the intercept ability.

I really liked Sam in this episode cuz I was worried at first that it was just a diversity check but it's good to see that Sam has a personality and it's going to be cool to see more of his backstory going forward. On top of that, the Tohya theme is just so awesome and the outro with all the different art styles is just very cool (reminds me of stuff like Shrek Retold with it's many art styles).

I don’t know if it’s just me, but this fight felt weaker than yuyu vs danji and especially Raika vs Sophie ( maybe it’s just because of my break the rock bias), like for a final match this felt a little rushed.
