The ingredients are simple and it's fun to make
✤ Ingredients (measured by rice spoon)
-3 medium potatoes
-1 egg
-4 big tbsp potato starch
-2 tbsp parmesan cheese powder
-0.2 tbsp black pepper
-3 tbsp of milk
-Cooking oil (when frying)
-Parsley powder (optional)
✤ TIP
-It's about 9 in total
-Take off a little as a test and fry. When the shape is scattered, the amount of starch
It’s not enough, so add starch

These are the best potatoes ever! I made them and I swear, the recipe looks simple but it tasted amazing! Also, if you, like me, aren't too handy with a piping bag and are scared to do that movement over oil, just make all the spyrals on parchment paper, freeze overnight and fry the next day, turned out just like in the video and the crispiness was perfect!

Was going to say, they should be frozen before frying. It will also prevent them from becoming an oily mess. Should also add some chopped onions to the potato mix, imo. But that depends on each person.

I tried it out today, it turned out really well and I will definitely be doing this recepie a lot in the future ,I give it 10/10 👍, and my family also tried it out too and also gives it a 10/10🙌👏🙌👏🙌👏Extra Personal Tip:I highly suggest that you guys eat it with this sauce that is practically just sour cream, onion salt, garlic salt , and caramalized onions, you can also cook the onions with some butter and the seasoning together and then just add the onions and it's left over juice to the sour cream , it combines really well with this recepie👍

DREAMER 7 tbh, I didn’t have any cheese at home so I just left it out but I’m pretty sure you can use any cheese even though parmesan is a drier kind of cheese that doesn’t melt like idk Gouda for example. The consistency might be different though? 🙇🏻‍♀️
