[Sub]Matcha & Chestnut Cream Cake：Shortcake Recipe

I made an autumn-like matcha and chestnut shortcake.
The matcha cream is sweetened with white chocolate.
You can easily make two kinds of cream by using commercial marron cream.
Please take a look at the recipe in the subtitle.
▷Ingredients (15cm)
■Matcha sponge cake
2 whole eggs
60 g sugar
60 g cake flour
4 g matcha green tea
15 g thick sesame oil, or vegetable oil
15 g water
Matcha and chestnut cream
300 ml heavy cream
20 g sugar
5 g matcha green tea
40 g white chocolate
120 g chestnut cream

作りました。冷やして１日置き私抹茶パウダーを上からかけました。マロンの甘さがパウダーとあい美味しい〜スポジもフワフワで満足ですね。泡たての時間代々で良いので書いてくれたら嬉しいです。
