Very impressive. I prefer cut rifled barrels for my match rifles but I didn’t know anyone who did air rifle barrels that were cut rifled

I was trying to post it as a longer "short" video but didn't get it right :). I have a couple guns I will get drop in kits for, before PDog season starts back up. Thanks for the comment!

@americanairgunhunter I saw that as of October 15th, youtube started (up to) 3 minute Shorts. I guess they haven't got the bugs worked out yet.

Nice!👍 Do they make barrels for shooting slugs? I've been searching for someone local in the USA to buy from, PLEASE tell me that they do🙏😂

Jim I wonder if that's the place where Brian from EDGUNWEST gets his special barrels. Because he sells barrels for the LESHYI 2 for like 500 dollars and there called Sub Moa barrels and I am curious if they do make a differance.

@@JohnVentarino-ey5ln not sure, I know sub moa sells blanks to other makers in smaller batches. Will look into it

If this barrel is made in 700 mm and has a good twist to shoot slugs that's great, but if it's only good for pellets it's crap
@americanairgunhunter16 сағат бұрын
@@fabiosantos8591 Wow, sounds like you made it through an FX brochure.... and you want it to have a "good twist rate", very specific requirement :) . I have not had the experience with these barrels in quantitative testing to comment, which is why I want to get them set up on a couple of my guns. I will say that competitive shooters I trust have tested them on the Daystate Ghost and FX Impact and observed notable improvements, but again I will test them myself before commenting one way or the other. There are many competitive shooting applications where the highest level of precision is important, and pellets are the required projectile, so the proposition that the only reason a precision barrel has value is if it shoots slugs (and is crap if it doesn't), seems kind of illogical to me. The need for the level of precision being specified is actually much more important for pellets than slugs in this context. But maybe I'm missing your point?
@Brianbri-nq3cc13 сағат бұрын
@fabiosantos8591 Right I understand your point👍 If they're only making barrels for shooting slow pellets for paper shooters then it would be a waste of time and money for a serious shooter that utilizes the real power of slugs when needed to put food on the table or to dispatch predators/varmints out at long ranges, in which pellets do NOT have the umph/power to do because they are limited in the speed department thus hindering their accuracy when shot too fast😩 It will be sweet as hell if this company does make custom barrels for real shooters and not just cater to paper shooters, that would be the best of both worlds being able to buy something of real quality that is actually made here in the U.S.A💥👍

Basically catering to the AOA guys no fx is crazy considering it would bring them a fare amount of orders and business
