While I feel sympathy for these individuals I can understand why this has become a problem for Tunisia. It is a small country with a low birth rate. Jobs must be scarce. Meanwhile Ivory Coast has a birth rate of 4 or 5 children per woman. It is not sustainable for countries like that to simply export their excess population to other countries.
