Looks real nice you could try adding some layers of sauce to the sandwich and seasoning the veg in the sandwich aswell example salt and pepper on the tomato and vinegar on the lettuce like they do in a deli.

I once did a salad similar to yours for lunch break at my university, but it didn't go well...
