Sub Torp refill method

People used to sell empty torps on ebay too. Not sure if thats still the case.

Ty this is great, this thing arrived a while back in the Mexican market but it has not been quite well adopted (due to its price and Torps being more expensive than beer cans) and due to that sometimes there are no Torps available.

You can sometimes buy empty torps on ebay to refill and use. I've now opted for the perfect draft as you get just over 10pints and also get £5 back when you return the keg.

Probably better with a different lager as this isn't very gassy to start with. Maybe also better using a funnel rather that pouring Into a jug. You get the idea though.

Just tried it.. unfortunately this didn't work for me this time. The liquid leaked from the plastic seal that connects the tap/hose. I used a pen knife so maybe I was being to rough?. Any tips? Thanks.

You've got to be careful when you take it out and try not to damage it in any way. Probably why it leaked. Tease it out with 2 thin screwdrivers as I did pal. Should work fine then

Why's that then martin? I agree it's a bit of a fafg, but if you are struggling to get the tiros but have your favourite bottles/cans, then why not pour a few pints?
