Tip for anyone who might be thinking about getting a nose job - make sure to buy artificial saliva, it helps soooo much! I regret that I didn't have it the first night because my throat felt so dry and it was hard to sleep. Used it for like two weeks after the surgery, was much more comfortable! :) Anyway, what a nice video! Congratulations Leah! :)

Dysphoria in trans people isn't just for the genitals, it can be for the whole of their appearance or just certain parts of it. In this case, getting facial reconstruction surgery will make her feel more aligned with the gender she was meant to be. It won't cure the dysphoria but it'll definitely make that part of her feel euphoric
