shack that size u need two buddy heaters id say, i have a very similar shack and 1 isn’t enough on any cold days, i also always keep a single sunflower as a back up cuz there so small

I had the same problem with my heater so I did some research and they wanted me to clean it but all you have to do is connect the tube with the propane and let the propane in the tube slowly and run it in the house for a hour or so to make sure it works also if snow gets in the cord it doesn’t work or the carbon monoxide detector was going off from having the propane in the shack. Love the ice camping getting the open water itch

Does your heater have a low oxygen sensor? You need to ventilate when using a heater inside a hut. Helps keep the o2 sensor from shutting off and you can stay warm with a 20 lb all night too.

Almost all new heaters come with low O2 sensors. That is exactly why it shut off. Lil ventilation stops that from happening and keeps you much safer.

I have never seen such a deluxe tent. Love the holes in the floor mod. You guys look awfully comfortable fishing indoors on a cold day. This is like a home away from home the way you have it set up. I see a new channel coming up for you called 'Mini Tent Life in the Arctic'.

Two things about the my buddy heater, 1- it’ll turn off like that because of the co2 sensor because you were close to carbon monoxide poisoning or death. 2- if you don’t use a mr buddy brand extension hose eventually it kills your heater because mr buddy doesn’t use oil in their hoses and off brands cause oil buildup in your heater and it prevents it from running forever.

Heater problem #1 might have a dirty pilot #2 those buddy heaters have an O2 sensor if there isn’t enough oxygen in the tent it’ll shut off. Happened to me this weekend
