everything is energy and its all about thoughts and vibrations. so if you wake up from 3:00 am to 4:30 pm there is the lowest traffic of thoughts in-universe. the result you reach your destination with the thought process with no traffic.

people who get up very early tend to sleep in afternoon or sleep early in night. Body needs 6-8 hrs of preferably continuous sleep. I agree getting up early is good for health but i think 3 am or 4 am is too early. Also, ambience varies in summer and winter at that time My suggestion - wake up 30 mins before sunrise and go to bed 7-8 hrs prior to wake up time.

Teen char mah pehle main sawere uthne lagi thi. Mujhe laga meri life hi badal gai. Pranayam exercise karti thi phir kuch daer meditation. Subha itni khubsurat lagti thi. Meri energy double ho gai. Life achi lagne lagi. Subhao shan't ho gaya lekin us waqt main bk Shivani ka ragyoga follow Kar rahi thi aur mujhe bohot positive vibrations feel hoti theen. Mere Ghar ka watawaran bhi badalne laga tha. Phir main ne Krishnamurti ji ki videos daekhen to unho ne is tarh ke har tareeqe ko sirf imagination Kaha aur kisi ke batae raste par chalne ko ghalat Kaha. Tab main confuse ho gai. Rajyoga chor diya. Aur phir Mera routine phir kharab ho gaya. Tab meri subha char baje khud aankh khul jati thi. Ab phir main effort ke Baad bhi na raat jaldi so pa rahi hoon na aankh subha khulti ha. Ye. Intellectual log confuse zyada karte hain a Aek normal insan ko. Bk Shivani bohot simple tareeqe se aek Kam aqal ke insan ko bhi Baat samjha deti hain. Anyway I know I can achieve my morning routine again. Thanks for your videos. Agar ho sake to is topic par baat zaroor kijye ga ke Krishnamurti kisi ko bhi koi rasta batane ne Mana karte the. Since I have joined ZBC and ZAD, getting up in the morning has become so easy . It is all because everything is so clearly explained and now it is the want from inside that pulls me out of bed ,which was out of fear and shame earlier. ब्रह्म मुहूर्त के बारे में तो बचपन से सुनते आए है पर सोच को सही मायने से करना नहीं सीखा था कभी। धन्यवाद Zenyoga and Ashishji. Your books at the back are looking so much like those in Interstellar. लग रहा है जैसे की coding मिलने वाली है पीछे से।🙏✨

Meri ek problem hai ki idhar kuchh mahino se main bahut depression me hun or is kaaran meri neend 3 baje ya uske pahle hi khul jaati hai. Kabhi raat ko neend aati bhi nahi hai. Main dhyan bhi kar rahi hun. Kya main thiik ho paungi ?

Sir sleep from 7am to 2pm ...and i go to excercise from 4 to 5 am and then after meditate ......is it correct practice as i meditate during morning hours?

Sir, I don't know you see this massage or not but I want to tell you one thing. I am flowing you for a long time. You make wonderful videos that helps my life. One day I thinking I will give you my camera and my mic that help you. Because they can help you for growing KZbin channel and many more people will get benefit from your videos. You make so much good content but some of your video or mic quality doesn't match your quality. And I feel so bad . Then I doubt myself, am I doing that for grab your attention? Or help you. I am confuse. I think you have the knowledge that clear my all spiritual doubts. I want to give you in unselfish way. But doubt my thought. I do not understand what else to say.
