It's really rare to see the cars from the late 90's like mine lifted etc. It's proven to be a good snowmobile, as far as I have tested it. I plan on keeping it until the wheels fall off!

Make sure to keep you credit good and you can get one for $300 a month. Cheaper to build your credit then save and buy it out right. It's super possible if you watch your budget. Edit. You seem younger, hopefully live with parents. Use that to your advantage (no rent) and get someone to put the thing on payments. (This also builds their credit if he/she co signs and you don't miss). 4-8pm work (even better if you got a physical job like a stone mason helper) Then your getting paid to workout. Maybe the guy likes you and you learn how to build a house and run a business.

Just prove that your don't need a big lifted truck to go off road. An cross over that has good ground clearance may be able to go where a 4x4 go's in 4 high.

green gold what you're not seeing is how long these cars don't last compared to a properly built rig.. most any rig with any sort of 4wd or awd can make it through this stuff with enough momentum.. But you're putting more stress on the drivetrain. It's awesome to see people doing this with their subarus but let's not kid ourselves.

They already did but eliminated it. Check out the 1980's Subaru Leone models. They had a turbo with manual H/L transfer case in some. Perfect setup and what really started Subaru in Rally and paved the way for most of their cars you see now. Wish they still had it as an option.

Can someone explain to me why you would want to thrash on a really nice 10,000$ wrx in the orv park. Besides every obstacle in the video would look easy if it was a stock jeep wrangler or almost any 4x4 for that matter. If it wasn't for the fact its a Subaru these obstacles wouldn't have even been film worthy for a real trail rig. I'm not saying it's not impressive for a subie but none of this is extreme offroading for a capable rig. Its still a cool video none the less.

If I saw those cherokees get stuck like that I probably wouldn't even try a mud hole like that in my tj and its more built than any of those rigs. id like to see someone fit a set of 33x12.5x15 or larger set of m/t's on a wrx. that would cost about 10x what i have into my jeep.

Non taken redbeard 123. No for some reason the car culture is all about lifted trucks with most being diesels. We don't use road salts up here. So most Subarus are rust free. The older ones that are pre1990's sure do rust for some reason.

Even my mothers toyota crossover has a locking dif. Love my WRX but it's obviously not going to be doing any impressive offroading when the parts required could net me a jeep Cherokee I wouldn't regret rolling.
