American owner of BRZ limited for just over 2 years. If you don’t have kids this is amazing affordable sports car. I’m shocked at how fun & good it is. I stayed in front of C6 corvette on mountain road with just camber & brake pads. In commuting I avg 28.3 mpg. Trust me I have fun whenever I can with this willing companion. Only drag or track rats might want more power. The BRZ is bit softer on rough roads and being manufacturer of engine I went Subaru plus better dealership experience

I’m not sure why reviewers keep parroting the “new aluminium bonnet” for the second gen cars. Every BRZ has one

It isn't about a few seconds on the track. It is about driver engagement when it comes to auto vs manual.

Fuel efficiency gets better from my experience. After 5000km my fuel economy has dropped to appox. 7.5L per 100km on a combined run. I have the manual and love it.

I hope it gets better, my manual is at 2,000 km and getting 10l/100km … maybe it’s the driver!

I thought the tS only came in manual?? Am I missing something?

In US. Also the interior is different than what you get in US for BRZ tS, this interior for US is used in trueno edition GR86.

Subaru really should have made the STI aero parts standard on the tS. Looks so much more racy with those tasty aero bits.

This car looks like something from the 90's from the front with some current tech on the inside.

BRZ tS does NOT have an automatic version - at least here in North America

Been looking for a manual & all the dealers seem to have automatics here in Oz

@@francfurian8215If you want a manual you have to order it. In Australia, more BRZ’s are automatic and with GR86 the vast majority are automatic.

This car is almost the same as the GR86 premium or trueno. The differences are so minimal. Same exact vehicle slightly different tune and parts but same engine

The Subaru is a bit more comfortable on rough roads and 86 bit more sharp on track. Mounting point of rear sway bay that makes 86 bit more tail happy. Engine tune peaks earlier in 86 vs more linear in BRZ. I live with rough roads so BRZ for me. I also wanted the company that built the engine & put car together. In America they both roll out of a Subaru factory here in USA.

@@TrojanRabbit521 that's why I chose the 86. I don't mind a stiff suspension. I hits corners super great and with a little sliding
