EXCELLENT review, thank you! Well spoken and explained, straight to the important things - really appreciate that. Look forward to seeing your review on the 2.5L model when you get your hands on one. THAT would be the one to get my money. The 2.0L is uninspiring to me and the power of the 2.5L would be the min I'd accept. Forget the ineffective hybrid model. Cheers from Sydney Australia.

Thanks so much for watching. Unfortunately the 2.5 is not on sale over here, due to tax and emission laws. However, I will be testing a newer Subaru this summer, I believe that one has the 2.5 boxer.

1st to say the first new car that I bought was a 1983 Subaru GL-10 with the 1st Digital Dashboard. It cost $11,250. Subaru's sure got a LOT more sporty since back then, and I imagine that it was because of their entry into Rally Racing.
