Subaru Forester Front End Suspension Noise - Swaybar Endlink Replacement

The common front end clunking which can be caused by the swaybar endlinks, an easy & cheap part to swap.

The secret is to preloosen the pivots. I put a socket on the shaft and broke it loose by hand. Wiggled it back and forth then lined up the angles of shaft and mount holes. Oh so easy. They never would have worked with the angle they came with. I'd still be out there.

Tried to do this without the vice grips with no luck haha. I'll have to pick up a pair.

Are the links under pressure when you have the car on ramps/jackstands?

Why not take the tire off?

Because there is zero requirement to do so. As you can see it's taken 8minutes for me to perform this swap (mostly) one handed & filming..
