Finally! Here's the live sub version of "Uroko".
Could have finished this a lot sooner when I was working on it back then, but you know me, I'm a perfectionist idiot who gets stuck on a single word sometimes and then I'm going back and forth and sometimes I'm going round in circles. And frankly, the whole cabbage worm sentence nearly made me tear my hair out.
Notes:
1) 0:41 & 2:37 - “青虫 - aomushi” is the caterpillar of the cabbage white butterfly. A cabbage worm.
2) “猫足のソファーベッド - nekoashi no sofâbeddo” is a carved sofa leg with a “ball and claw” foot. I simplified this by translating it literally: “cat-footed sofa bed".
3) “A Sphinx is a mythical creature with, as a minimum, the body of a lion and a human head. [...] The Sphinx is said to have guarded the entrance to the Greek city of Thebes, and to have asked a riddle of travelers to allow them passage.” - Wikipedia
4) 0:59 - “覗き込む - nozokikomu - to peer in" or "to look into something while sticking your head in it".
5) 1:07 & 2:51 - "爪 - tsume" means "nails", but the word's secondary meaning is "claws". Kyo was talking about a Sphinx and a Sphinx is a cat in the broadest sense, so it has claws, right?

These particular live shows were held in Nippon Budokan, with a capacity around 10,000 - they usually do 1-2 of these for each album, so that is a big audience for Dir en grey. Normal tour lives are usually around 2,000 viewers : )

I love the people who request on this channel so much~ This was great X3 And I love the first day ARCHE. Kyo's make-up is so awesome here and you can see how he changes his entire way of moving to accomodate that look if you compare it to the second day. ARCHE has the most vocal-acrobatic songs 😆 Uroko, Chain Repulsion and Magayasou have the most insane transitions. I have no idea how he does that. I loved John's commentry in this one :) About the hair: Just go for it! I think it would look awesome! Take a lesson from Kyo, he just changes his hair colour every three minutes it seems XD [he is like one of these lamps that chainge color] I am sorry. I am stupit right now. I am tired ^^' I am still confused about Die's sudden blondness 😶

I have to say after your 5th element comment. You NEEEEED to watch dimash kudaibergen sing the diva dance. And he actually does all of those synthesized bits with his own voice. Its nuts. If you like kyo and that operatic sound and just inhuman vocals. Dimash is the dude for you.

I love Sarah Brightman, but sadly she played no part in the 5th Element. The Diva was played by Maïwenn Le Besco and sung by the wonderful Inva Mula. She sings "Il dolce suono" from Lucia di Lammermoor by Donizetti before switching into the 'Diva Dance' which was digitally remastered. I think there is only one person in the world who comes close to that version by using his own voice and that is Dimash Kudaibergen. I love Shinya. He's one of the best drummers in the world for me. His hand-work is insane and so bloody creative. I would love to see your drummer react to a video that focuses on Shinya. Btw I love grey/white hair on both men and women. It only looks 'old' if you wear it that way, otherwise it can be really sexy ;)

Yeah,go with the silver! Just watch it and take some specific shampoo for dyed hair and some cream for dyed hair,'cause the silver,is one of the easiest to lose the brightness after a couple of washing!
