I prefer moving meditation to sitting. The focus is on the movement, the breath follows naturally. Master minds is definitely fantastic and is in the same category as books for me. Psychedelics are not trash. I base this on years of successful therapy and have the mind, body spirit results to prove it. It actually works really well with shadow work. Exposure therapy is really effective too. My vision board is just a picture of Goku.

Thanks for the insight. I mentioned pschedelics are God tier for some people. I feel like most people wouldn't use them responsibly to get good results.
