Crazy that I actually just heard both of the top two. And I agree that a lot of what I struggled with, till this day, is toxic shame which plays into the nice guy syndrome.

I use my phone to write my notes for the grocery and listen to music man, like okay I get the point, people are obsessed with social media and entertainment, but they were addicted before just like you said,it was video games at the local donut shop or coffee idk...the problem is people are objectifying your beliefs and goals in your life. Making people chase so much money they can't walk at 50.

My father is currently in the hospital. He had an operation that I and my other family members thought would go smoothly for him. But the doctors called us several times now and said that the situation is starting to seem hopeless. I dont know what to do... I feel so empty and cant believe it. Im the only boy in our family and I try to stay strong for my sisters and my mother but... I cant withstand this gut wrenching feeling right now...

I lost my father suddenly two days ago. I knew he was ill but didn’t expect his sudden passing. I have been filled with deep sorrow and regret for not spending more time with him at the end of his life, for not reciprocating as he tried to reach out to me , and for missing my final chance to see him , because I was going to film a movie . Had I knew it was my last chance it would have been canceled. Instead I got the news just as we wrapped. This video helped me. I cannot drown in my sorrow. He would not want me to . I have to keep moving forward for my kids . Keep being the man who made him proud. Use the time I have left to its fullest. I have no time for anything else . Wishing I had done things differently will not give me the ability to do them differently. That is not possible. What is possible is I use this as you said to appreciate everything and everyone else more. To do what I must for my family. To keep moving forward .

Ok, going to stop you at 0:08, most of the information our brain process that we are not conscious about is the somatic nervous system: where you are standing, nervous connections and whatnot, and the non somatic: breathing, making your heart beat, digesting food... That is a lot of information that you are not conscious about.

I prefer moving meditation to sitting. The focus is on the movement, the breath follows naturally. Master minds is definitely fantastic and is in the same category as books for me. Psychedelics are not trash. I base this on years of successful therapy and have the mind, body spirit results to prove it. It actually works really well with shadow work. Exposure therapy is really effective too. My vision board is just a picture of Goku.

Thanks for the insight. I mentioned pschedelics are God tier for some people. I feel like most people wouldn't use them responsibly to get good results.

Great presentation, but the content to this video is garbage. Mike Tyson has openly said that he still battles with his inner demons to this day. And he still lives with a lot of insecurities, he has not "dealt with his dark side and destroyed his demons" as you boldly claim after the first minute of the video.

Let's use a failed attempt at credibility through Rogan as a trojan horse to slide in other ideas (such as the long failed theory of evolution) again to make the tuber I/S look credible. Same poor model replayed over and over with associations to biology, physiology. The story here should be much cleaner and less scattered. As the writer once said "never again".

My father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and has only + - 1 month to live. You're never prepared for this situation but I would love to think I'm going to handle it (hopefully) with a Stoic attitude. I'm building up the fortitude and the calmness needed for this delicate situation.
