Are you using your “standard houseplant multiplication protocol” that I see you use in most of your KZbin videos? I think it is 1ml/L 6BAP and .1ml/L IBA?

It will be in most cases, however, in tissue culture there is no standard media recipe that works for all plants. It differs based on each plant species. So, you need to tweak hormone concentration accordingly.
