You make very nice videos and so far this is my favorite. If we were prepared, we would buy that last home that you showed in a heart beat.

Subic bay homes is quite a way from the downtown area but its a lovely drive. Used to rent a house there for weekends until somone got it for a longterm lease. Think it had 4 or 5 bedrooms and a breezy backyard.

Way cool! The way the Navy housing was set up was by rank! forest view was enlisted housing! for NCO's ( non commissioned officers) with family's had friends that use to live there when I was stationed at the hospital.Hospital area had some really nice homes near it for the commanding officer and the xo which would be the second in command for the hospital! So cool to see all the things I remember as a young man are still there Like El kabayo stables! Keep up the good work keep exploring the old base!!!!!

Used to be a military brat and visit Subic for the commissary in the 70's. Noticed how clean the pavements are, residents more likely 2nd or 3rd generation of retirees that don't litter and use plastic containers for garbage like in the States....cool video trip Peter! those monkeys are more interesting then raccoons over here.

Good values are hard to find, Hopefully more americans would come and live in subic. I would be nice to have a community of americans living as citizens in the philippines.

They would be able to attract more buyers or renters if the ares looks more well maintained & the units freshly painted white indoors to look more light & airy. Also they need to stage the units.. they look so plain.

LOL LOL LOL purchase a property in their wife's name. Nothing like setting yourself up for complete failure in the P.I. 4:18 looks filipino style, no way I would buy or rent there. Typical with regards to general upkeep which is usually zero. 8:18 Ewwww! 30K is complete rape. It's definitely not Thailand.

+J.C J.C. Yeah the first properties we saw are not for me but actually towards the end we found some good stock. Usually the way at first you find nonsense and then more you look better deals you find. I would find a property in there direct from owner would be the best. Yes I agree 30K is too much.
