I only have 8.5 x 11" printing capability. Have you experimented with piecing images togeter? Ive seen a couple videos but there appears to be a seam line when they piece paper together. I know i can use an 8" spinner, but those 10" spinners are beautiful!

You can do that on a shirt or anything soft . Unfortunately with a hard surface I would ALAWAYS get a line.

We use a Sawgrass SG500 with the best print setting. Sawgrass is the "OG" in sublimation printers. I personally have a Epson 15000 and dislike it so much after using a Sawgrass. All things brown or red will not print or press the same.

Printed on 11x17 . You can try to split print it and cut them to make one . I have not tried that method with a hard surface only with shirts and soft materials.

Yes, it is "Design a Sublimation Print for a Blank Skull Wind Spinner" it is of the skull but you will understand from the measurements on how to design it in Silhouette Studio. So your Photo size should be 6.75 inches and bring your background design to the back.

Yes, you mirror your sublimation print for both sides.

Do you have any problem when pressing the first side ink getting on the flipside? How can I prevent this?

No, we have never had any problems with ghosting on the other side. Make sure you have a good amount of pressure then you should not have any problems.

Should you leave the film on the other side??? Because mine bled thru to the other side

I would use more pressure if you have ghosting or ink movement on the other side . I have not had that issue . I would take all the film off before sublimating it due to some product films melt onto products .

Is the heat paper just parchment paper?

Do not use Parchment paper as blow out paper . Use butcher paper . It is much cheaper as you have to trash it after every use.

Tried at temps and time suggested, but came out faded....

You may need to check your heat press temp with an digital infrared thermometer and try 400* . I use 385* because the heat press in that video runs around 28* higher .
