Yeah, the edits are subtle enough to not notice unless you’re a Sublime nerd like me and have seen this video 100 times. The ending of this video always has, and continues to make me tear up at the end. The instrumental outro, the quick flashes of Bradley on stage / the shots of him as a kid, and the last image with the years, I dunno man... it always got me... and after watching this right now I’m wiping away tears. This band was such a huge part of my teens growing up in Lakewood CA in the 90s and still is today in my 30s. So much heart and soul. Love it... and always will.

I fell in love with sublime the 1st time I heard a pirate tape Chicago in 93. Me and my brothers were always in to punk reggae and sky saw the clash saw Peter Tosh a couple times and also saw Toots and the Maytals 3 times. When I heard Bradley singed the 1st time along with the great sky be in baseline hours like damn this is gonna be the biggest thing in this jenres for a long. It's about 6 years younger than me if we were alive today and I cried when I heard he passed. I loved Nirvana a is well and that upset me badly but looking back on it I sink the Bradley knolls was the bigger loss. Maybe it's fucked up to compare but the only reason I'm saying it is because he did not get the attention that he was due. And still is due. I'm divorced and date younger women and hes reaching one into generations below him and lasagna huge! He was a very special artist. He had it all, he could write fantastic songs he can play the guitar like a riot, and he had a great voice, and could sing fantastin in espanol just as well as English! Like you bro, it makes me very sad to this day. Peace

All of sublimes songs are basically white boy, americanized renditions of roots reggae songs. They STOLE.... Yes STOLE reggae songs by changing the titles of songs and putting their little california druggy spin/vibe on the song AND NEVER GIVING THE TRUE ARTISTS THEIR RIGHT TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED IN A COVER SONG. These reggae artists back then were struggling in a 3rd world country, most of them no more economically well off than any commoner in Jamaica, just to have their art stolen and profited off of. In the process making a cover band (sublime) popular and than later wealthy. The original artists will never see a DIME or worse imo, not getting acknowledgment for their art. Not saying sublime weren't OK musicians necessarily. But what I am saying IS they arent some musical geniuses like everyone who is a fan likes to make them out to be. Actually, I am calling them mediocre musician's because anyone who plays guitar knows that brad was indeed an mediocre guitarist. But! He was an amazing singer with a very soulful voice. The drummer was the only one with a unique style and talent, and id venture to say the most well rounded in music and as a person haha. And the bassist was also very mediocre. Nothing that really stands out about his bass skills whatsoever. All im saying is that you insufferable sublime fans need to face facts and stop tattoing the 40oz to freedom album covers on your backs and your swollen legs and cankles. This will only reinforce the idea of mediocrity being revolutionary in your own life's. Remember guys, 80% (maybe more) of those sublime songs you love and hold near and dear to your hearts were actually written by rastafarians with real talent in the 70s 80s and 90s. If you arent to butthurt at this point after reading my comment, I would be more than happy to give some examples of the songs they STOLE.
