I'm took 8 years and one day I sat down and listened to everything. He is not Bradley. He is someone who sublime molded, who showed and poured his love and admiration into growing into a person who he thought would make his whole family band friends and his own family proud of to say that man understood what his flame was all about. He scooped up this little light we all kept alive with music and he gave it life and lit up the world with music that touches the soul and inspires th mind. I want to say thank you Rome. Thank you for making something no one thought anyone should touch and caring for it and making us all experience your love of life and not revive Sublime your Finishing your part of a history. It was there just for you and we are all glad you had the courage to do it.

Dude great comment, I feel just the same way. I know this comment is over a year old, don't care. The video is 4y old plus. To add my own two cents to what you said, I personally ever since I heard of "Sublime with Rome" wanted to know, is he the right guy to carry the torch. The lyrics from "Summertime" always come to mind, "... we're well qualified to represent the LBC". I think Rome not only proved he's more than qualified to represent the LBC, but Sublime's music post-Nowell. This song in particular I love; I feel like it's emotionally at least more mature than anything I can immediately think of in Sublime's discography. & cool, they were never meant to be a "mature," retrospective band that made you feel much beyond, "fuck yea, man; just live my life & be content." Sublime w/ Rome is more introspective here & there, you can tell from a songwriter perspective he's further down the road of life. I also rly love "Take It Or Leave It." Anyway, a little longer post than I intended to write, but w/e. Cheers.

Dont matter how slow u are.ur riding and wish other could experience it or U push urself to go faster and non riders one day will get it. Cole ur amazing rider. U can still lap 95% of riders. Damn yall its a got damn shame some of the fans of Sublime and Sublime with Rome are so toxic. I been rocking with Rome since day one. He shows respect to Brad and has a killer voice. Love it for what it is or dont and find what ya like and move on. Its became cool to just talk SWR down at this point. Rome been with them almost a decade if not one, its sad to still see the pettiness. If your a sublime fan you Miss Brad. Thats a fact i do too. But it was shocking when swr came out how much hate there was for Rome but i chalked it up to adjusting or just trolls. I wouldnt have ever thought that sublime fans especially would still be harping on this same old subject. I for one LOVE THE OLD SUBLIME and though i may prefer Bradley and old sublime that wasnt ever gonna happen again. So i was more than thrilled to see Sublime With Rome be a thing. I still am. I love their style of sublime too. And quite frankly i was happy to hear new "sublime" songs though it may not be with their origonal singer. I have listened to all the old Sublime songs time and time again. But my outlook was instantly YESSS NEW SUBLIME SONGS!!! WHEN SWR CAME OUT and when they drop new stuff today. And i am truly still shocked at all the negativity towards SWR because yes they are good. No rome isnt brad. Yes rome is respectful of Bradley and Sublimes legacy, and no there is no other way to say that I am embbarased at this point for some of you Sublime fans. Sublime took a long break after Bradleys death to make moves on new songs. Longer than i think they even truly needed too. Then they come back and instead of the love and the comradery that would be expected from Sublime fans you instead get a fan base acting like a complete cancer. Some one stated it best saying you cant get mad for the other guys living and wanting to continue releasing music. Yall need to just stop at this point because i know in my heart Brad is proud of Rome and would cringe to see yall do this to Rome. Rome is a beast and has had some thick skin dealing with this already sesnitive situatuon and then having the fan base drone on and on about how Rome isnt Brad. He never claimed to be. But Rome is a good dude and he keeps it real. Long as comment but it has just gotten sickening, pathetic and tiresome seeing the same few negative comments about SWR and Rome. Its completely unwarranted and unnecessary. Final note: Bradley was smiling the day the band got together again. And is proud to still be smiling today. So yall need to move on or just go
