Damn yall its a got damn shame some of the fans of Sublime and Sublime with Rome are so toxic. I been rocking with Rome since day one. He shows respect to Brad and has a killer voice. Love it for what it is or dont and find what ya like and move on. Its became cool to just talk SWR down at this point. Rome been with them almost a decade if not one, its sad to still see the pettiness. If your a sublime fan you Miss Brad. Thats a fact i do too. But it was shocking when swr came out how much hate there was for Rome but i chalked it up to adjusting or just trolls. I wouldnt have ever thought that sublime fans especially would still be harping on this same old subject. I for one LOVE THE OLD SUBLIME and though i may prefer Bradley and old sublime that wasnt ever gonna happen again. So i was more than thrilled to see Sublime With Rome be a thing. I still am. I love their style of sublime too. And quite frankly i was happy to hear new "sublime" songs though it may not be with their origonal singer. I have listened to all the old Sublime songs time and time again. But my outlook was instantly YESSS NEW SUBLIME SONGS!!! WHEN SWR CAME OUT and when they drop new stuff today. And i am truly still shocked at all the negativity towards SWR because yes they are good. No rome isnt brad. Yes rome is respectful of Bradley and Sublimes legacy, and no there is no other way to say that I am embbarased at this point for some of you Sublime fans. Sublime took a long break after Bradleys death to make moves on new songs. Longer than i think they even truly needed too. Then they come back and instead of the love and the comradery that would be expected from Sublime fans you instead get a fan base acting like a complete cancer. Some one stated it best saying you cant get mad for the other guys living and wanting to continue releasing music. Yall need to just stop at this point because i know in my heart Brad is proud of Rome and would cringe to see yall do this to Rome. Rome is a beast and has had some thick skin dealing with this already sesnitive situatuon and then having the fan base drone on and on about how Rome isnt Brad. He never claimed to be. But Rome is a good dude and he keeps it real. Long as comment but it has just gotten sickening, pathetic and tiresome seeing the same few negative comments about SWR and Rome. Its completely unwarranted and unnecessary. Final note: Bradley was smiling the day the band got together again. And is proud to still be smiling today. So yall need to move on or just go

I've been listening to Sublime since 40 oz. and I really really like Rome. All three albums have more songs I play on repeat than not. No one can replace anyone but Rome is the best we could ask for to take the torch and continue the Sublime sound. I think Brad would be blown away that the band is still staying true to its roots.

Take it from me....call your mom's and go home as much as you can. I lived most of my life on the beach, finally went back and my mom was having major health issues. Ended up moving to help her but she passed away not long after. I think every day about the times she woukd be calling and I was at a party, riding on the board walk or whatever, then would usually forget to call her back. Now I can never call her again until I'm dead at which time I believe I will see her again. Love your mother,tell her and show her. We only get one!

So many people give Rome shit for replacing Bradley and honestly he's the only one who could of probably filled those shoes. His sound meshes so well with what I'd expect to hear out of Sublime. Everyone claims they're an OG Sublime fan and that it's Bradley or bust, but they don't realize Bradley only wrote like what, 3 songs for Sublime? The rest of that songwriting talent comes from his bandmates. Plus the fact Sublime was around before Bradley joined.
