The freezing waves rocked my soul as I slipped under. Feeling weightless, free. My lungs and chest began to burn, but I didn't care. in the seas arms I felt free, safe, warm. The world began to base and then fade. I was released of all my pain. I was set free.

I feel the ocean wrapping me with cold tendrils I feel the depths pulling me in I feel the calmness I feel my throat well up I let out a cry So bold and beautiful the whales sing to tune So sweet and soft the dofins click and dance So shrill and imperfect the ocean takes me deeper The ocean The ocean fills my lungs when I gasp for breath But no panic Only chilling calm and beauty Mother ocean take me Take me into your depths And let your nature sing along As I let out another cry of imperfect perfection

True story, I would listen to these vocal in the summer of 2020 and would always feel a calm and sense of freedom. I would usually be outside and the wind would be blowing and I felt like I was at the beach on a summer day. Listening back to them gives me so much summer nostalgia.

@Unruly8_8
@Unruly8_8 2 жыл бұрын
@@Johnhasa1 I would say this is just vocals. I am not sure about the certain genre it is though. If anything I don't know how this would feel live. I think it would be amazing in a aquarium where you can just look above and see all the creatures swimming above you. I think if it were to be performed live it would have to have a certain atmosphere to have the same feeling.

These type of vocals takes and makes me get flashback from my ancient past lives. Running in the plains and mountains and always she is by my side. I can’t see her face but I see her next to me, her long light brown hair, fair skin, her presence, her bow and arrows always on her back. I remember feeling peace, happiness at the beginning of the memory and always close to the end I feel sadness and she seems farther and farther away from me until she is alone on top of the mountain and I’m standing alone on the plain below. I can remember her side view, her back view, even her hair style, dress and dress color but I never see her face. I miss her. Can’t remember who she is, what she was to me in my last life. All I know is the she is very important. All I know is that she has always been there. All I know is that her memories are in me since I was 5 or 6 years old. Now I’m in my early 40s and I still remember. I still miss her. 🌎

That voice, forever it kept calling to you. It was the sound of the sea. You would hear it in your dreams. Distant memories voiced in your head. Only you heard it. And you had to know what was out there, calling to you. So you began sailing. And you found the ocean to be an unnerving but beautiful place, where rules of the land do not apply to the sea. And one night, you heard the voice call. Powerful and strong. Reality was no longer with you. Some deep, unknown longing stirred within you, and you felt a pain never felt before. To be filled with that voice. So you took one last breath, and leapt into the water . . . whether you were filled or not is up to you.

I LOOOOOVE Vocal music! There's something so deep and meaningful about it! Each voice tells a different story in every song they sing. Whether its about sadness, love, happiness, peace, guilt, uplifting, or pure emptiness, the sounds from the throat and voice are beyond AMAZING! Even if it involves lyrics sung in a particular way to convey a certain emotion from deep within, this is why I LOVE art and music, they do the same thing but through different forms of art.

These would be perfect in a fantasy movie. Just imagine travelling by horse across the land, In the distance you can see your destination, a majestic castle, displayed in front of snowcapped mountains. The air is cold against your skin but it only makes you want to feel the much needed warmth from the great halls fireplace. All while one of these songs plays in the background..I have literal chills just thinking about it. Sometimes music doesn't need words to be called beautiful and these songs show that.

So dark and deep, under the waves to sleep, till the wheel turns again to wake me. God save what is left of this tired soul. Darkness hold me till my spirit is still, for the next time has not yet come. Flashes of memory crash through me like lightning upon a lonely shore, turning the sand into pillars of glass. The pale light shines, and this whole place cries out. Can you hear it in this maddening silence? Just echoes of whispers in a vast ocean of endless sorrows. Those who will never be might have been. They sing to nothing and none may remember them. Here we walk alone.

The deep oceanic waves pulled you under as you're wavy sky blue hair swayed in the water. You could hear a voice calling to you with an angelic tone but the hint of death creeping in their voice you knew this was you're end and you embraced it letting the ocean waves take you under. You were now in the vast ocean with beautiful woman around you leading you to your death,Yet you smiled and let youself drift further into this vast sea of dreams as you could hear you're ancestors calling you into the void of the sea. *And you welcome it with open arms*

Everyone has heard the trope of music soothes the savage beast. What they don’t tell you is it’s the savage beast within. I am a combat veteran of the Iraq and Afghan war. I use this to soothe the savage beast within myself to help me sleep. Within each of us are two wolves one of love and compassion and one of hatred and violence. The one you choose to feed and give energy to can and will dominate your life. I fed the dark wolf of violence and war now I pay the price. Learn from my mistakes and feed the white wolf of love

There it was. A beam of sunlight peeping through the lifeless gray sky, your weary eyes growing heavy. “I’m sorry,” the soft whimper of your frail voice slipping through cracked lips. With all strength left, you shuffle to the edge. Is this what the end feels like? Is this death? Do I get to see you one last time? As your pale toes hang over the edge, the limp limbs that once bared strength and power now nothing more than hollow bones displayed out welcoming fate. Eyes lost and full of sorrow shed soft sweet tears. With all the courage left in you to finally see them again, you fall to your frigid death. The water colder than a forgotten heart the pain sets in like millions of needles piercing every once of your body. The need for air consuming you like a monster stocking it’s pray; is your inevitable demise. The color in your eyes begins to fade with the sound of crashing waves dancing above your head. I wasn’t promised this! I was promised them back! I’m alone. I’m lost. I’m scared. My lungs filling with water, but where are you? The sound of distant voices vibrate through your lungs into your chest. There they were. Their hair so bright one could mistake it for the sun, another’s hair so dark it would rather absorb light. Placing your hand in theirs they swim you to the deepest part of the ocean. The feeling of life fade from your mind and soul. Like the few seconds before the tv fully shuts off. This. This is melancholy. This is her. This is warmth. This is my Mother. Mother, how I have forgotten you. Strip me from these mortal chains and let me dance forever in this icy water castle. Take the burden of this life and place it on another stronger than I, call my name and welcome me. MOTHER I AM HOME.

(Ngl, kinda proud of how this turned out. The music helped cure my writers block, so thank you for the playlist! Also yes, it is on purpose that neither of the men's names are mentioned. There's a reason for that. And yes, it's a toxic gay relationship. With that said, I hope you enjoy.) There were three rules. Always three rules. One, don't sail during the night. Two, don't try to be a hero and rescue a crying or screaming overboarder. And three, hold onto your sanity as tightly as you can. Because if you break the other two, you're bound to break the third. Everyone knew these three rules. They were ingrained in every memory a person had since childhood. Sirens were deadly cruel monsters, who would drive men and women to death with insanity. He remembered the rules. He couldn't say that he didn't. But the moment amber golden eyes met bright blue, it was all over. The cruel grin on the siren's face didn't even register in his mind. All he could see was the beauty that the man had. Pale skin with royal purples scales. Dark messy hair with white placed throughout only made the cyan eyes pop out more. He was so different from the other, who had the darkened skin like many back in his home. His amber golden eyes were more like the sun than the water. And yet, he was mesmerized by this supposed monster. It had started with the breaking of the first rule, as everything did. He sailed during the night. With a very good reason, mind you. He needed to get out of the quiet home. It was smothering when he was so familiar with the constant sound of being upon the sea provided. The waves hitting against the wood of his hull, the birds crying out above. There was never a silent moment. Well, that's what he had thought. But as he pulled out into the inky darkness of the water with the stars and moon reflected across the surface, it sounded... different. There was still the slight tension sound that his boat made when the wood rocked. There was still the sound of birds and light waves hitting the wood. But it seemed... dulled down somehow. It felt and sounded... off. That had been the breaking of the first rule. The second rule was what had gotten him to this moment. He had heard a muffled sound at first. And no matter which way he went, the sound continued to be muffled. As if the low fog that was rippling from the water was clogging his ears and hearing as well. And that's when he had heard it. A blood curdling scream. His first instinct had been to freeze. What had been the cause of such pain? Then he had gotten out of it and immediately head towards that direction. No matter what the cause had been it sounded like they needed help. He didn't notice the forceful tug the sound gave on his mind, pulling him closer. That had been the breaking of the second rule. He could feel the siren's claws digging into his arm but all he could see were those eyes. Those damned eyes. He felt a forced tug on his wrists and then he splashed into the cold darkness of the water. He gasped as his head resurfaced, the water making his thick hair beginning to soak. He could feel cool scales run along his exposed skin as a breath danced on the back of his neck. The fact it smelled like death made the hairs stand up. He didn't even know death could have a scent. Were his cheeks wet from the sea or were they wet from tears? He knew he was going to die. Arms went around his waist and sharp claws dug into the thin fabric of his shirt. His legs kicked as his arms moved just to keep his head above the water. It was clear that the increasing pressure around him would do nothing if they both started to sink. Dark hair tickled his cheek as the siren rested his head on his shoulder. "Let go." He whispered. His voice was low and damaged. He wondered briefly if that would affect the song magic that he knew the creature beheld. He shook his head as he hiccuped. "I don't want to die." He panted. The pressure and weight pulling him downward was only getting stronger. And he could only keep this up before his strength was gone and his weariness outwore his will to live. The siren laughed, a cruel sound. But despite its cruelty, there was something beautiful about it. It was kind of like watching the sun paint the sea in golds, oranges, and yellows as it set. The cruelness was the darkness that would creep along with the fading light. The pressure lessened to become almost like a lover's caress. The weight only increased. He could feel the aquatic creature move along his side, ducking under the surface to get under his arm. He resurfaced in front of his face. Golden amber met cyan once again and he was pulled against the scaled creature, hip to hip. Well, more like hip to very lower abdomen. He didn't even know if sirens had hip bones. "Don't fear death." He purred, a cruel smile pulling at the scales on his pale skin. "Come down with me. Fall with me." He said softly, whispering in his ear. He didn't even notice his protest leaving his body. He raised eyes to the surface that was getting further and further above. The edges of his vision dimmed and darkness started to eat at his brain. His body burned and he felt like he was choking. It was almost excruciating. "I won't let you die, plaything." He heard a low voice whisper in his ear before his eyes closed and he blacked out, body growing limp. When he awoke, he was within some kind of hollow. A pool was in the middle and only darkness lay below that. It was already so dark, he could barely see his hand in front of his face. But... he was alive. Oh gods above, he was *alive*. He backed away from the pool quickly, his breath coming out short and fast. Panicked. A strangled scream left his lips as his back met flesh. Before he could move away, a hand grabbed his wrist. Claws dug into his skin and he felt conflicted when he heard the low husky voice of the siren once again. "I told you I wouldn't let you die. Not even any injuries." He said slowly and let go of the wrist. He held the hand to his chest. He was sure there were bruises on his dark skin, but he couldn't be sure. Not in this darkness. He turned around, amber golden eyes searching for the direct placement of the monster of the sea. He could see a slight hint of white and blue, but that was it. And in a flash it was gone, making him question if he ever truly saw it. "Where are we?" He croaked, his voice hoarse. The siren sighed and he heard the sound of skin and scales meeting stone. The siren's voice came from lower, meaning he was now reclined. "A cave. Obviously." He replied sarcastically. The man frowned. It wasn't a lie, but it wasn't an answer either. He hesitantly sat down, attempting to keep some space between him and the siren. If the siren wasn't going to be helpful, then why should he bother trying to figure anything out? The two sat in darkness for a few moments before the siren sighed. "We're not near your coast, if that's what you're wondering. I don't know much about humans, but it seems like they panic when one of you goes missing and they search for you. If I don't want you found, I needed to bring you somewhere else. We're in an underwater cave." He answered. He could feel his eyes burn with unshed tears. He didn't even know if his vision was blurring as they may have gathered on his lashline. How was he expected to return home when he was trapped under the water and had a siren that didn't seem keen on letting him go? (And that's all for now. :) )

Oh, you beautiful creature sitting alone, in the dark dimmed light; cheering on her magnificent features. She wears a stunning smile, but there's something odd. It seems like lost. Maybe because of the hook on her crown? Once, others have heard a whisper; a hooking melodious one, deafening ears that've heard. She's charming yet no one dares to come near into the legacy; for every living that chose to see went missing.
