For clarification - The deadlines referring to the coding dates in the video refer only to the submission of AFS. The GIS deadline submission as per ruling is still 30days after the annual meeting date or actual date. What we refer here about the GIS submission is when the annual meeting stated in your by laws is in the period of the covid quarantine days or the actual meeting was done only on the month of June 2020 or still within the 30days after the annual meeting or actual date for you not to be penalized.

Temporarily suspended po ang service ng SENS ngyn, june 26 to june 30, dahil walang pasok ang SEC, mag didisinfect po sila ng facilities. Resume ang SENS sa july 1 na. Ung mga magpapadala po today, pls resched nu n lng po.

Hi, ask ko lang po, di po kasi makapag register sa SSS dahil need daw ng GIS, sabi naman po sa SEC after 1 year operating bago daw po makakuha ng GIS. pano po kaya mahuhulugan ng SSS ng mga employee nag start na po kasi yung corporation.

Kung s pasay po ninyo ipapadala mam, iiwan lng po ung envelope dun at wala pong returned copy. D ko lng po sure s ibang satellite offices nu ipapadala thru grab kung irereceive nila kgd un with stamping. If that will be the case, makukuha rin kgd ung copy nu ng grab. In terms of SENS nmn po, jrs at philpost lng ung couriers. Dto safe ka po kasi may proof k nagpadala since may resibo ka.

Thru courier using SENS po ay depende s lugar at depende rin if may return copy po. Base po s natatanungan nmin, ung may return copy na, less P500 each sending from metromanila or calabarzon using philpost.

Required po ba yung GFFS? Parang never pa po ako nakapagsubmit ng ganyan sa SEC. XD

For corporation po na may sales ng 5M and above ay need n po magpasa din ng GFFS bukod s AFS. For details, please refer to sec mc 6 series of 2006. Usually po mahigpit ang sec s circular na eto sa mga large and publicly listed corp. But still kahit na hindi nasisita, we need to comply para iwas penalty. :)
