The difference between pinning with the reverse (gyaku) sankaku and getting the tap.
The main 2 things to work on are bringing your butt tight against your opponent's neck and eliminating even more wiggle room by locking your triangle over your opponent's arm, not their shoulder. I don't mention this in the video as I assume it's fairly obvious, your leg should be under their jaw to apply choking pressure directly to their neck.
