Nice video Just 1 opinion about instruction : I think for the X guard to saddle it is better to have the angle camera from your point of view instead to have you face to camera

Question about how I can prep for BJJ and self defense so what I am asking is what kind of weightlifting should I do outside of the sport or in self defense situations should I be training time under tension or reps I'm just looking for your opinion on this, I have resistance bands, no pull up bar and body weights exercises and a handy gym with around 2 hours to do so I just want a break down of what kind work out would help?
