Subnational Governance Fellowship Empowers Change in Nepal: A Year of Reflection

Seven young women in #Nepal embarked on a yearlong journey of building their potential and enhancing their professional skills. As our second cohort of Subnational Governance Program (SNGP) Fellows, each woman learned firsthand how local government systems function, from service delivery,  policymaking, and judicial to the budgeting processes.
