Dude I have OCD like you do also. When I am driving I will bite my teeth when I come to a drive way and then bite my teeth again once the drive way ends and it’s like I’m jumping the drive way. I know it sounds stupid but I stuff like that. Every since I started subs I have found my ocd in counseling and issues that I have and didn’t even notice it.

I do the same things with numbers!!!! If I touch or scratch one side of my head, I have to do the same to the other side. It's gotta be even! I guess we're "normal". I have also been taking fluvoxamine maleate 200mg which helps me out. Hope you get to where you wanna be.

Jolene Freitas does the fluvoxamine help you control these obsessive thoughts? I was prescribed the same thing and I don’t take it cause I don’t wanna add another mind numbing drug

@@joecataneo6676 yep. It helps with bad thoughts before I go to sleep and with ocd.

When I went from 16m a day to 8 I did the same thing for a while. I would go 3/4 days then I would take 16 mg. Some of it was me thinking “omg I won’t ever get to take 16mg again”. Stupid thoughts. Finally because of what’s his name.. I gave all my strips to someone else. He only gives me 7 a week. It worked. I didn’t have a choice because I didn’t wanna let my family down. Although now I’ve been taking 8mg for about 4 months now and can’t seem to go down. Everyday tomorrow I’m quitting. Right??

If you’re steady and good with 12 mg, I’d try dropping to 10 mg next. And how I’d do that is by taking 2 mg in the am vs the normal 4 mg. I find it easier to take less earlier in the morning vs later at night. Mornings are easy for me personally.

Hey BA!:) You and I are so opposite! Hahahhaha I like more in the morning and less at night. Day one on 2mgs!:) I’m feeling a little uncomfortable as I lay here in bed. We will see what the next few weeks bring.
