Sir, I (age:29) have decided goals and investment goes as expected. Query here is : 1. In my portfolio ESOP of MNC in which i working. it increased like anything and skewed to ~72% of my overall networth. I am confident on organization, but still in dilema of reducing concentration could you please guide. 2. Home loan payment for house we stay, in dilema of prepayment or continue bcoz Home loan rate is @7.5% and EPF rate is 8.5% and enjoy little tax benefit.
