Not yet watched, but it is Knowledge, Skill and happiness (in achieving something) that can't be stolen and never goes to zero. Sir, your videos are bit more frequent, difficult to catch up (especially working group). May be one per day would be ideal. Even if someone has to go through later point, number of videos will demotivate.

Sir Ji, You are an annuity fan, that is ok. But I can get cashflow from bank FD also. Only way to take care when market interest at high invest for very long period say > 5 years. I invested in 20L SBI Bank FD in May 2018 for 10 years. If interest cycle is at bottom then for 1-2 years and wait when RBI raises REPO Rate and then take long term FD. In annuity apart from it is inefficient or may be at best equal to Bank FD, money is locked and after me corpus may not be available to my kins. If I take return of invested amount option in annuity then it is further more inefficient.
