This week I bought some ranunculus and tried blooming them. They bloomed little by little throughout the week, and they were so pretty and lovely.
Lately, I've been craving sponge-type cakes, so I tried making castella. Now I want to eat chiffon cake. I'm not sure I can make it😅

50g Ginkgo nut
1L Water

1 Onion
70ml Cooking wine
2Tbs Ginger syrup*

2Tbs Soup soy sauce(Guk Ganjang)
70ml Plum syrup
2Tbs Black sugar
1Tbs Rice syrup(Jocheong)
