okay guys so I think this theory is the closest of all the theory. Why? Because I attended the BTS Wings tour in Manila last May 6 and then there's this moment where the vcr was like telling a hint about the Wings Story and there was a line which goes like "Dalawang mundong talikuran, patuloy na nagsasanib upang maging isa." which translates to: "Two Opposite Worlds, continuously join forces to become one" So that means that there is really a parallel universe

I have this really crazy theory that doesn't make sense, but I'm gonna voice it out eitherway. Basically, we know that RM has schizophrenia from INU and RUN because he imagines the cigarette as a lighter. So what if he missed Jin (because he's dead), so much that he starts BECOMING Jin? What if the pain and memories of Jin's death affect him so much that he starts acting like Jin? This explains the part where Jin was punching V (because V lead Jin to temptation), and then later on showing RM with cut and bruised hands! Also, I also think that some of the members are aware of this temptation and are trying to protect the others. For example, Suga. He covered Jimin's eyes to prevent him from seeing, and leading him further into the temptation. But Jimin's already in so deep, that he pushed Suga's arm and runs away. Also, when Jungkook was throwing up after having the drink, Suga shakes him to try and pull him out of his daze. Because the drink represents the temptation and evil that Jungkook willingly accepted. But Suga was aware of the damage it would do and tried to stop Jungkook, instead getting hit because Jungkook is already taken over by this temptation. J-Hope is also someone who is aware of this evil, as he represents hope (as mentioned in the video), when he empties the bottle of pills and walks away from the crack in the ground, because he knows it's evil. Back to RM and Jin. At the end where Jin handed RM a lighter, this is proof that RM was actually hallucinating, because only after Jin hand him a lighter did the lollipop become a cigarette (it was in his mouth like a lollipop before), which shows how RM's imagination and reality are mixing up, making him a person he's actually not. As I said, it's a dumb theory that doesn't make too much sense. I'm glad if someone's taken the time to read this tho! :) Awesome job Ally, your theories always astound me as they're always so accurate and make so much sense! Keep up the amazing work!! :)

There is another novel by Hermann Hesse (he wrote it after Demian) called "Der Steppenwolf" (the canine of the steppe, the lone wolf, coyote). If you read this novel you will find some very interesting stuff such as: A guy who can't fit in the society A book that discusses man's dual nature (spiritual and animalistic) Suicidal tendencies Drug use And the most interesting part - A magic theater with a corridor with mirrors and doors. There you experience the fantasies you have in your mind and each door you cross takes you to a moment of your life. Not sure if it's really connected, but it's interesting enough.

I understand you too. At first when I got into BTS I didn't know them that well and started to see things like 'Jin is dead!' and at first I thought he was actually dead and was like 'nooo' but then I realised he wasn't. But then I started to look more into theories and things and realised that there is so much pain and suffering in these characters being portrayed in these mvs (especially in run, I need U ect) and I just felt so emotional knowing that and I just couldn't deal with it very well. AND THEN THEY GO MAKE MORE MVs WITH MORE THEORIES!! I get very emotionally unstable because of BTS but I still love them! 😄 😢

RMs hands are bruised and cut because jin "possessed" RM to try to stop v from doing harm. It may sound weird but if you look at it, if jin is dead then he can't hurt v because he's well, dead. Only evil spirits/ghosts harm the living. So instead, he chose to possess RM to attack V. The reason it show jin attacking v is because jin was the one controlling RM. Another reason he chose RM is because RM is the leader who holds most of the responsibility of the members and as the video kinda said, RM is the one who controls the past as well as the future. At the end, it shows jin meeting RM, which at first would make you think RM is dead, but really, it is just jin speaking to RM after "possessing" him, in which they are only meeting in RMs head. After, jin gives RM a lighter, or to be more specific, Sugas lighter. Which leads to my next theory on why suga does not have his beloved lighter that he never departs with: What happend to suga? For the most part, it might be nothing. But why wouldn't suga have his lighter? That is because he didn't leave the parallel universe. You must be wondering why? Well, it's simple. He didn't leave because he did not hallucinate like everyone else by drinking the alcoholic beverage to caused them to hallucinate. Now you must be wondering why jimin and j-hope were able to leave without drinking the beverage? Well, to start off with jimin, he may not have drank the beverage to cause you to hallucinate, but he did EAT it. In the m/v it shows that there is a APPLE that was being blended. While being blended, it turned green like the beverage. That is to signify that the apple is poison, or in this case to cause you to hallucinate. Also, do you know what was the fruit that Eve ate in the garden of Eden ? You know, the one that signifys sin? It was an APPLE. This means that jimin DID hallucinate by eating the apple so that means that he was able to leave the parallel world. J-hope in fact did NOT NEED to hallucinate because like it said in this video, J-hope was said to be the hope and the angel trying to protect the members. He didn't need to hallucinate to find out about the parallel words like everyone else because he already knew about it. The reason that the members had to drink the hallucination beverage, is to find out about the parallel world's and and put the butterfly affect to action. To go back to why jin gave RM Sugas lighter was to tell him that suga did not leave with the other members and that they need to go back to save him. Regarding the reason on why all this has happend even after the theory of 'fire' and on how they 'burned' their past and moved on from jins death, why are they still trapped? The reason is v. In fire, the members faced their bad past in the big building during what looked to be a concert v, jumped in to the cloud of their dark past (people in hoods) and was body surfing. That symbolises that v is accepting his past and evolving in a bad way. In bst, it shows that v is a fallen angel missing his wings, his BLACK wings which symbolises a demon or the devil. To go back to where I said Jin possessed RM to attack V was to keep the members safe from the 'evil'. Now to tell you why the members (except J-hope) didn't know/remember about the parallel universe is because they were blinded by their past 'evils'. I think that this parallel universe was created by v to watch the members suffer by their past selves. In run and I need you girl, we saw all the members battling with different types of depression. As it said in this video, J-hope tryed to overdose, but ended up failing. Because of that, it made me think that when J-hope had his near death experience, jin told him about the Parallel universe and about v and told him to keep the members safe. That also makes us wonder why jimin didn't know about the parallel world while he to, had a near death experience by almost drowning in the bathtub. But as this video said, jimin felt as is something wasn't right and was trying to run from the other members out of fear and confusion. This makes me believe that Jimin DID know but only to an extent, where he was left in confusion. Anyways this is all I got for now. I don't know is is made much sense or not, but this is what I got from the m/v... bye!!!

It's the mandella effect theory...BTS was supposed to be 8 members but the mystery is where's the 8th member? He vanished and was forgotten. In this theory, it is said that the 8th member died and when he died all his memories were erased in this world. That's why some ARMYs are now noticing "empty spaces" in every BTS' photos...probably it's for the 8th member's space. But sadly no one remembers him, even his face and his name. Have you ever had the feeling of always counting the members to make sure they are 7? and subconsciously, you think you're missing one member even though they're complete? It is not about him realizing hes already dead, its about him being the only one (or first) to realize that there was an 8th member. He was the first one to realize and he informed the other members. So the cause of why the members are so desperate in the whole hyyh mvs, is not because the death of jin, its because they are told, or forced to believe, that the 8th member no longer exists in their world, yet the presence still lingers making them insane. you may wonder why jin is the only one thats not depressed in all their hyyh mvs, it probably is because jin is the first one to accept that he can no longer feel the 8th member's presence, because in fact, the 8th member does not exist anymore. you know why jin puts flower petals down in the teasers and in I need you? its not for him, its for the 8th member. he realizes hes the only one that would mourn for the 8th member, because the other 6 members couldnt even accept the fact that there was an 8th member.

I love your theories, they connect the best among all others although there are some points I'd like to add so you could consider? No one has mentioned this so far but in the middle of Jin beating Tae, I notice for a moment he says something and I'm not quick enough to pick it up but it's quite a distinct moment where there's no music and just his voice saying something to Taehyung. Also the hallway that Jimin walked through looked a whole lot like the one in Jin's short film 'Awake', could Jin have led him to another dimension that allows him to travel to different places to specifically see himself in the parallel universe? And when you mentioned how Jimin found Suga untrustworthy hence why he ran away from him in the first place made me think that maybe that's why Jungkook hit Suga after puking. Because of the drink that Namjoon gave him, it gave him the ability to see the other universe through hallucinations and reveal to Jungkook that Suga was indeed shady and that's why he hit him? idk. and honestly I'm not too sure about Hobi/Tae I think Tae just kinda went batshit crazy (although that's kinda hot) and Hobi's role seems pretty much unchanged since the Korean BST MV. Those are just my thoughts and input, hope it helps. :)

The hallway where Jimin was walking and you see him looking straight for a moment and then turns to his right to see himself on to be pulled back again to be reborn in the same universe; the hallway straight where Jimin pauses for a moment is where Jin woke up to recall everything that he has done like what in the video says like he was familiar that everything has happened before. In his music video Awake where he wakes up if one of them dies, everything matches. This my theory and I'm not sure if it's qualified 😹
