uhh the point of cycles is Realism! Bloom is more focused on game-like graphic, if that makes sense. You can make the bloom effect for cycle-rendered image in compositing though.

@@we-drive I'm aware about the compositing stuff and i get your point. I'm just wondering why can't they just add it on the render settings or something, you can just uncheck it if you don't want it like the motion blur.
