Cayo Perico Heist GOT PATCHED in GTA 5 Online! (SOLO Gold Glitch Patched)

After years it seems like R* has finally been able to figure out how to stop people from getting gold solo in the cayo perico heist! BUT the wall glitch still works!

As I found out this weekend, you cannot collect the last two Action Figures until you have collected all 98 other figures. You can detect them on the Terrorbyte's new scanner, but you cannot see them, or interact with them, until you have collected all the other figures. Rockst*r could be using coding similar to that, maybe? They could have locked secondary loot that is behind two pass-coded doors in that way.

You drop ammo everytime you lie with your weapon out. Same with explosives, if you have a weapon in your hands you will drop some corresponding ammo. As for the nightclub turn them all off, go out and shut down all businesses then return and assign them. Upgrades also help, I go to my office and enter the menu where you choose garage or office and leave it there overnight. I get $250000 from the club safe and my techs collect about 1,000,000 in goods. I had the same problem with the techs but I simply wasn’t be patient. Some products like gun will take 44 minutes to gather just one.

Well the reality is GTA online was built for (wait for it) multiplayer. Rockstar has adjusted it over the past few years to indeed be more solo friendly in response to player needs and preferences. Pretty much every DLC since Cayo has been solo friendly. It’s not practical to go and adjust the prior content for that so at least give them props for that. The problem here is everyone is living in a silo these days and Rockstar cannot possibly cater for every players individual needs. GTA is the jack of all trades and master of none. It’s either for you or it isn’t.

Upadate : The West room wall glitch you were doing still works, I've done it post upadate, HOWEVER you can't pick up gold or painting after the update. So basically they patched that !

The cameras (at least at the main airfield) also no longer are neutral to you when you start at the main dock. I noticed about a week ago that the (then white) cameras were spotting me, even without a weapon in hand. Made the extra storage at the airfield more annoying lol. Post patch, the camera are now red to indicate this

Lot's of patches, in the nightclub when you go in passive mode to kick the guy out changed. Now its the vip, driving him to the hospital or whatever, and you need to disable passive mode to grab him

It took them this long to figure out to simply check that the door was opened properly and there were at least 2 players in the session 😄 There's another glitch though that was recently unpatched with the salvage yard car sales allowing you to replay the finale and sell the same top car over and over again

@@rinzeaittaleb3511 as soon as you return to the salvage yard with the car be ready to close app as the car is driving in with the cutscene, listen for the garage door sound. if you do correctly you should have the car and the setup sitll there if timed correctly. too soon and you will have to get the car again. then you can sell the car and re-run the finale over and over. works as long as you don't play another task or job otherwise the setup is gone. it only works on console though to get the extra money each time

Damn 😂 about a week or two ago I just started playing gta again for the first time in a few years. Decided to really commit to money grinding this time around, since in the past I’d play a lot with friends, and now it’s just me currently playing. Bought the acid lab which was brand new to me, got my nightclub upgraded, bought a bunker and a couple extra motorcycle businesses to have nightclub fully running, and then finally last night got the submarine so I could grind solo heists while my nightclub and acid lab make some passive income in the background. I did my first heist blind, and have done it a couple of times years ago with a full squad, but I was literally just about to start following guides for solo grinds on this heist since I had always heard they were the best way to make money 😂 I’m commenting before watching like a dumbass, but hopefully this video can help me still find a proper strat/I can still mostly follow all the old guides and they haven’t become completely irrelevant. Terrible timing on my end though haha.

literally just did a solo elite challenge run, there was a tropical storm. some of the guards locations/ timing is different after grabbing the primary loot, when you run down the stairs and wait for a guard to walk from right, to left he was already left, waited for him to walk to the right. also the Jug was in a place i’ve never seen before but apart from that, all went smoothly

Besides, if you're at ar range, and you can't kill someone before they snipe you, it's you who isn't good at pvp. Vehicles like the oppressor mk1 and scramjet take time to perfect, and most players give up immediately. More importantly, they're fun. You're meant to have that. Being good is using the tools at your disposal to win more than lose. Excluding exploits like thermal in a jet and cheap tactics like the orbital cannon or ghost organization.

2 things why I hate R* picky patching: 1) Cayo has already been nerfed an absurd amount of times, from the cooldown to the guards to the setup/payout, they may as well fucking let us get the gold solo too. 2) I hate working with randoms and I don't have GTA Online playing friends, at least not on PC.

Nah at least from what I remember cameras have *never* been neutral. Only if you wear a disguise, and only those outside the compound if you are disguised, are neutral. Compound cameras never were neutral, and non-compound ones always triggered even with docks/airport approach with no disguise.

I bet that if you have two players and glitch in, you can loot the gold. My guess is that it checks the number of players, not the cards/door. It will activate the secondaries in the compound if you're 2+ players. edit: They didn't fix the invisible guard cones around the island, or the north dock lock up lever... yet. Also, you still crash the longfin into the cliff when coming in at the north dock. Seems that they only did work on the compound.

As long as guards can spot dead bodies that never disappear and there is no game mechanic to move them, there is no incentive to play this with a team. It was hard enough to do with a team before the change now it's just irritating. Making the loot not show up on the map is even more of a reason not to play with a team since you have to memorize where everything is before you start or check every door and then decide what to steal. Not worth it.

Just started playing a new account on ps5 a few months ago and I can't use my 20 owned rebreathers even in free play mode, let alone during Cayo. If I try to equip during free mode, they don't show up in my equipment menu...if I try to equip during Cayo it prompts - current outfit cannot be modified.lol

I can understand why a lot of people don’t like it anymore. IMO, it’s still a great heist. I do 2 - 4 runs on it a day, and it’s my primary method of making money. I may throw in some Salvage Yard robberies, FIB Files, or the Dr. Dre Contract here and there, but mostly just stick to Cayo. I love the heist myself. But it’s not for everyone, and that’s fine.

since the update my secondary loot arent showing up in the map even though i discovered them during the gathering intel. When i bring other people along they also cant see them, so we have to go to each building to grab the most valuable loot. another bug that came along with the new update is when playing on fidelity mode, the game crashes when gathering intel on cayo and the finale, which has happened in the past but is now back. The game also crashes during the casino heist finale and the new FIB missions. If anyone is having this problem just switch to performance mode in the settings. every time theres a new update, it seems that fidelity mode gets affected by it. Rockstar has done patches in the past to stop crashing while playing in fidelity mode but this is starting to get frustrating because it happens so frequently.

With the AOS being added I saved up a lot of money from the heists, the bail office double money (which they NEED to do again I was cooking!! 🧑‍🍳 literally every chance I got I sent my guys out and collected from my businesses. Also did heists) by the time I finished AOS to get the new stuff when it’s drops I didn’t have a kosakta 😅 yea I know BUT I said all that to say this I got that sub with all upgrades and still had millions left over. I’m doing the heist now and it’s so different!!! I wonder what else I hate I just did the first scope mission and I notice a lot of differences!! 😮 some loot ain’t where it used to be and paintings. You make sure you switch lobbies before you log off if you’re gonna wait to do the heist. If you just do all the stuff and close the app you’ll lose it. At the least switch outfits to make it save.

Last time i doing same thing and i cant grab a gold in west storage, btw i think rockstar give a new bug on cayo heist, the icon secondary target in compound on mini map is gone.😑

Cayo crashes on intel set up on xbox how do i fix this

My XBox X did this same thing. Tried on my XBox S, no issues with setups or heist. I'm thinking it's a DLC update failure. Gonna try uninstalling and reinstalling on the X.
