Django Unchained is one of my favorite Tarantino films primarily due to the over the top violence and Leo DiCaprio's performance as Calvin Candy. Welcome to Candyland😀

Army of Darkness RULES... I was lucky to come across a vhs copy of what looks like a a few hrs of different takes of Bruce doing lines in different inflections and over and over... still in my collection somewhere.

After you read The Dead Zone, another movie you can add to your watch list. That adaptation from the early 80's is one of my favorites. Not sure it would classify as true horror, but it has Christopher Walken, Martin Sheen and Tom Skerritt. Cronenberg directed.

Nice haul jealous of the coralline, army of darkness, shout factory films and aliens. Nice haul for free. Lucky! I had a theater that was giving me free theatrical posters. I now have several hundred. Plus several hundred 4k, blu ray and steelbooks. You’re just as obsessive with physical media as I am.

Love these unboxings! Always interested to see the cool stuff you get. Also looking at the DVDs you got, I'm always reminded of how much I love them, especially with the really cool art, the special features and the amazing extra stuff that comes with some of them like booklets, stickers, exclusive artwork, etc. Such awesome stuff!

Those of us who love film are in a constant cycle of watching movies we haven't seen. No one should ever feel “bad” for not having seen something. There are a lot of movies in existence and we’re all watching as we are moved to do❤

Yay, glad you got the stuff I sent, I hope you enjoy!!! Definitely recommend watching BARBARELLA after a little smoke, haha. BIG LEBOWSKI is for stoners in spirit imo. MASQUE is my personal fav of Vincent Price’s movies and MUCH ADO is my fav Shakespeare adaptation, just a stellar cast as you noticed.

Jane Fonda is great. Now she's dedicating herself to combatting the existential crisis that is climate change/breakdown. The Big Lebowski is a wild ride. Army of Darkness is a fun film. The Crazies - the original and remake R both great. Kylie, another great video.

Another great video by Satan's daughter, our Queen of Darkness. I look for steelbook releases and feature loaded box sets myself, and I learned about some today that I missed. I'm fairly certain you've heard of Duran Duran. Trivia time. The movie "Barbarella" is where they got their name. I've seen the movie, but it was ages ago on late night cable TV before broadcasts were in widescreen( yep, I'm old AF). I would also recommend "The Pit and The Pendulum" and the original "House on Haunted Hill" being a Vincent Price fan. I also recommend "Reservoir Dogs" if you're a Quentin Tarantino fan. "Pulp Fiction" is a great movie. "Reservoir Dogs" and "Pulp Fiction" would make a great double feature. They're classics.

Always hated the discs that come sleeved instead of in a traditional holder. I know they do it to save on space, but it does damage the disc over time. Great video.

I love the digibook blu rays. I wish they'd release more of them. That Coraline 4K is one of the best looking movies I've ever seen. Great haul.

Much like the classic Flash Gordon movie of around the same time. 👍 A local video store near me has sales on used media. Buy two get one free. Last time was Morpheus this time Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. 😁 I get them cheep and your response is priceless. 😜 Clippy DVD yes. The Long Kiss Goodnight. One of my favorite films of all time. Famous line in the movie “ Samual L Jackson saying: Back when we first met you were all like Oh, phooey I burnt the darn muffins” “Now you go into a bar and 10 minutes later sailors come running out.” With my 1800 physical media collection I have played this film more than any other film I believe. A balance of Action and Comedy. I see from some of the comments that others liked it too. Just so you know I always open and check out used disks. So you should not have to worry about them. I have heard that I Am Legend is coming out with a sequel. Last thanks for the recognition. In your last watch along someone got nasty that you don’t read all his comments. I contribute but I alway recognize how many people that are watching and I love reading their comments too. Scanners, The Devil's Backbone and Brain Damage are all classics. Those are 3 wild horror moves! I highly recommend the book I Am Legend by Richard Matheson. One of the best vampire horror books out there. None of the film versions can touch it. Although, I do like The Last Man on Earth with Vincent Price. That might be the best adaptation.

Lots of good stuff! Hot take but I never got The Big Lebowski hype and I feel like an outcast for saying it lol, but I've only seen it once so I'm due for a re-watch.. love the Coen brothers though.. Fargo is their absolute masterpiece IMO and has Frances McDormand at her absolute best! It's a must see if you've never seen it.. Yes!! It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown is the BEST!! I literally can't go an October without watching it.. the music is elite.. and the artwork throughout perfectly captures the fall season visually and spiritually just as well as anything imo.. That Halloween 35 years set looked awesome! And Django and Pulp Fiction are both classic.. I'm still just guessing that Kill Bill is probably the Tarantino film you'd resonate with the most, but you might love Pulp Fiction and Django too! All of his films are must see tbh.. and I'm obligated to acknowledge Dazed and Confused haha..

If the I am Legend BR as the alternate ending, check that out. It's much better than the theatrical ending, and the alternate ending is truer to the source material too (go figure).

Nice mail haul! I also heard that barbarella is apparently getting a remake with Sydney Sweeney as the lead! She’s got the looks for it for sure lol Lebowski is an all time favorite of mine. I quote that movie all the time lol “where’s the money lebowski?!” Haha and I saw it in theaters last year for its 25th anniversary! Best stoner comedy of all time imho The Long Kiss Goodnight is a great action Christmas movie made by Shane black ie the guy who did lethal weapon, kiss kiss bang bang, and Predator! Love that all his action movies are Christmas themed lol Yeah silent night deadly night is good but the sequel is so bad that it’s good hahaha one of the famous bad acting scenes in the sequel “GARBAGE DAY!” Lmao IYKYK Omg brain damage is great. It’s a trippy drug horror comedy by the same guy who made basket case and frankenhooker haha Brain Damage is my favorite of his! You gotta see it! Thank you again for showing us what you got in the mail! You always get the coolest stuff. I just need to know when you’re back in NorCal to send you stuff since you’re gonna be traveling soon.
