@@Luke25437 Wouldn't trade and standards get involved over their refurbished console claims though. I mean they are selling these used consoles for premium prices and scamming people. Their whole operation needs to be shut down!

Some JRPGs and other niche games come with inserts, like a character booklet, also for Switch. Just got one last week in Poison Control. I haven't seen any actual manual inside a Switch case so far. Maybe some Japanese versions have them, as there are still PS4/5 releases in Japan and Eastern Asia that come with manuals, so there might also be Switch games but I can't say for sure.
