I love this box.....very affordable and interesting products. This time my box was beat up pretty bad...my day cream was totally broken and my coffee drink was all dented up. I just contacted customer service and they offered me 10 bucks or a replacement....ummmmm REPLACEMENT please. The face cream smells soooooo good so I wasn't going to pass that up.
