Great Tutorial. I was wondering how do you connect multiple nodes at once? (e.g. when connection spline nodes)

You need to be in material mode for the connection (shortcut "2") for that.

I’m amazed how far has Substance Designer transformed by peer additions of nodes. These Path and Spline nodes I can’t even wrap my head around how they are even constructed… at the beginning Substance was all about FX Graphs, Function Graphs, soon after pixel processor and overall manipulation of pixels strictly, this has to be something else right? The inner workings of those nodes cannot be really replicated with base existing nodes

Hello, dear tutor, I encountered some issue here, when I press [Uniform distribution] button on the Spline(cubic) param panel, the result is still uneven, several lines gathering to the left and some to the right, ones in the middle are evenly distributed, So my solution is to cut off the uneven ones and tile the rest. But is it natural to expect a good result from this node?

For the Scatter on Spline Grayscale node, when Pattern is set to Pattern Input, little holes appear that look like missing stitches. Seen at 4:55 on the 4th and fifth splines in the 2D view. What causes this? Is there a way to prevent it? Thank you!

Hello! I love your way of producing wool! I tried it and when using scatter on spline greyscale I can still clearly see the spline. When looking at other videos of splines, the spline is never visible, only the scattered pattern. Did someone have a similar problem or know how to make the spline disappear?

Make sure your spline preview is not connected to the scatter background (the first input), that sometimes happen!
