Gerrit Cole started the game going 5.2 innings giving up 6 runs and lost the game. Sean Manaea pitched 4.2 innings giving up 2 runs. Adam Ottavino pitched .1 innings and won the game. Francisco Lindor went 3-6 with 2 home runs (one from each side) and 5 RBI. Tyrone Taylor went 3-5 with 1 home run and 2 RBI. Juan Soto went 2-3 with one home run and one double.

The Yankees have been so bad. Every time they lose I don’t think it could get any worse. I can’t believe this team is playing so bad. I just want to cry

The only players that have been consistently good are Judge and Soto. The other guys in the lineup need to start hitting or at least getting on base.
