Fitzgerald needs to open his eyes. Marco standing in place for that ball in his area to cover and here here Fitzy to mess it all up and then blame marco for not yelling 😅 Bro pop up to home plate second baseman doesnt run all the way home to cover the ball does he? Get better and man up to your mistakes dont blame it on a ball player who can barely speak English 😂

What’s the point of throwing a manager out of the ballgame? When is it not a show? They, almost, always make up, though they might not kiss each other. That’s baseball folks!!😂😂😂😂😂 And I love the game, always have and always will.

Why wont they institute challenges like NFL ? An umpires union can NOT be as strong as the owners syndicate . No way.

Really thoughtfully presented. Really insightful too. "Catching the ball" when bunting. Too perfect and exactly true. You place the head of the bat in front of the baseball but make no effort to strike the ball. Instead, you allow the ball to strike the bat. That's it. Btw, almost impossible to pop up if done properly.
@BaseballisNotReal

Yup. There is a definitely an art to bunting. It's been great to see more bunting in the game.

There is NOTHING more ridiculous in sports than both bullpens running in at full speed a half mile, just to turn around and walk back a half mile 2 minutes later when absolutely nothing happens. MLB needs to institute a rule where both bullpens meet in center field and have their own bullpen "brawl". Otherwise, keep the bullpens, along with all of the other players bedsides the combatants on the bench, a la the NHL. Maybe then, we'd actually get a decent fight occasionally.

Rays reliever Edwin Uceta has been suspended for two games after intentionally hitting Phillies outfielder Nick Castellanos with a pitch, MLB announced Wednesday. Uceta was originally banished for three games, but had that punishment reduced to two ahead of Wednesday's contest against the Phillies. Uceta was subsequently ejected from the game, with the Rays inserting fellow reliever Hunter Bigge in his place. On Wednesday, Major League Baseball suspended Uceta and fined him an undisclosed amount. Rays manager Kevin Cash was suspended for one game and also issued an undisclosed fine.
