The silence from the audience made me think that there was nobody listening, but nobody passing either. The crowd at the end, wow. Not even a cough while Hozier sings. Proud of you as another Irish person to have you representing the talent our country has to offer and our desire to better ourselves. Love your music. I wish you every happiness life can give, thank you for blessing my ears and heart with music.

It's sweet watching them all get down in such a raw setting, no doubt, but i still think the recorded version hits harder. The drums really make it, and being pitched up a key drives the vocals home with more intensity. In my opinion, anyway. But this is still a treat for the ears.

I watched an interview with him and he talked a bit about his Quaker upbringing when he was a child and said the main thing he took away from it is that there is the spark of the divine, the light of God in every individual. And I think it shows in his music. The vocals, lyrics, beat, it all comes together to go right into your soul and make you want to weep. He's a gem.

I still watch you when you're groovin' As if through water from the bottom of a pool You're movin' without movin' And when you move, I'm moved You are a call to motion There, all of you a verb in perfect view Like Jonah on the ocean When you move, I'm moved When you move I'm put to mind of all that I wanna be When you move I could never define all that you are to me So move me, baby Shake like the bough of a willow tree You do it naturally Move me, baby You are the rite of movement Its reasonin' made lucid and cool I know it's no improvement When you move, I move You're less Polunin leapin' Or Fred Astaire in sequins Honey, you, you're Atlas in his sleepin' And when you move, I'm moved When you move I can recall somethin' that's gone from me When you move Honey, I'm put in awe of somethin' so flawed and free So move me, baby Shake like the bough of a willow tree You do it naturally Move me, baby So move me, baby Like you've nothin' left to prove And nothin' to lose Move me, baby Ooh, ooh, ooh Oh baby, oh baby Move like grey skies Move like a bird of paradise Move like an odd sight come out at night Move me, baby Shake like the bough of a willow tree You do it naturally Move me, baby So move me, baby Like you've nothin' left to lose And nothin' to prove Move me, baby So move me, baby Shake like the bough of a willow tree You do it naturally Move me, baby

The lyric : I still watch you when you're groovin' As if through water from the bottom of a pool You're movin' without movin' And when you move, I'm moved You are a call to motion There, all of you a verb in perfect view Like Jonah on the ocean When you move, I'm moved When you move I'm put to mind of all that I wanna be When you move I could never define all that you are to me So move me, baby Shake like the bough of a willow tree You do it naturally Move me, baby You are the rite of movement Its reasonin' made lucid and cool I know it's no improvement When you move, I move You're less Polunin leapin' Or Fred Astaire in sequins Honey, you, you're Atlas in his sleepin' And when you move, I'm moved When you move I can recall somethin' that's gone from me When you move Honey, I'm put in awe of somethin' so flawed and free So move me, baby Shake like the bough of a willow tree You do it naturally Move me, baby So move me, baby Like you've nothin' left to prove And nothin' to lose Move me, baby Ooh, ooh, ooh Oh baby, oh baby Move like grey skies Move like a bird of paradise Move like an odd sight come out at night Move me, baby Shake like the bough of a willow tree You do it naturally Move me, baby So move me, baby Like you've nothin' left to lose And nothin' to prove Move me, baby So move me, baby Shake like the bough of a willow tree You do it naturally Move me, baby

How voice is crazy good! Like wow. Love when artists sound even better than their recorded tracks live.

honestly this performance of this song feels like so spiritually moving , like a bunch of people just worshiping this anciently revered goddess of movement or something , just so transcending

Brilliant performance...so beautiful, so raw. Hozier, you have ruined it for me. I don't want to listen to any other music. I was at your show in Windsor, Ontario in August and was blown away. I am addicted to your music and lyrics. You have given me faith that real music does exist. xx

This is so organic and real -- proper music from proper artists and musicians -- that it cannot fail to make you smile. It's a beautiful thing, capable of completely stopping you in your tracks (excuse the pun). It's a brilliant song that has an ethereal quality to it -- like a spiritual experience or spiritual awakening.
