The silence from the audience made me think that there was nobody listening, but nobody passing either. The crowd at the end, wow. Not even a cough while Hozier sings. Proud of you as another Irish person to have you representing the talent our country has to offer and our desire to better ourselves. Love your music. It's sweet watching them all get down in such a raw setting, no doubt, but i still think the recorded version hits harder. The drums really make it, and being pitched up a key drives the vocals home with more intensity. In my opinion, anyway. But this is still a treat for the ears.

Leen Leen it was amazing. The sound of his voice and the bass of the instruments moved the entire building. There were moments when I felt like my body was about to vibrate so much I would through up. Also the live claps and background vocals were perfectly executed. I would recommend him live to ANYONE. His voice brings a whole new emotion when it’s live.

I watched an interview with him and he talked a bit about his Quaker upbringing when he was a child and said the main thing he took away from it is that there is the spark of the divine, the light of God in every individual. And I think it shows in his music. The vocals, lyrics, beat, it all comes together to go right into your soul and make you want to weep. He's a gem.
