Success at B2 First - Reading and Use of English & Listening

I have one question, if my english level is too different in some english skills, what would I do? Develloping the question; I understend really well when someone talk me in english and the same with texts in this language, but when is my turn to writte I make so much mistakes and I forget a lot of vocabulary. And it's similar with the exercises to fill the empty spaices with vocabulary or in grammar. My problem with grammar is that I undertad when I read it, but I use bad when its my turn. What can I do ? Thanks
