7:03: "I was done being broke and I just wasn't available for it anymore" - interesting and illuminating choice of expression. She "wasn't available" to be broke - meaning, she wasn't giving it any more her energy. Excellent example of deliberately not thinking (or obsessing or worrying, etc) about things we don't want, which is a waste of our creative energy to put toward what we DO want.

Some great examples on the way she shifted her mindset and she grew in consciousness. Personnally, I am not a fan of the statement "you have to do the work" as it can sound that we have to fight and struggle and push. There are so many different ways to reach our goals and for some people tapping into our power is to learn to surrender and get in touch with a higher source that will guide us. We never makes "mistakes" per se, we learn and life is always behind us. And ALL her journey contribued to where she is now. It is a day-to day process and each of us can own its story and decide what is most important in the moment. If she had reach this state 10 years earlier, she would not have learned so much about herself. Life is not here against us. Any resistance gives us the opportunity to grow and raise our consciousness and get to know oneself better, and becoming our best friend, having compassion towards oneself.

Maybe change the word 'work' to 'process' Cuz isn't that the work she's referring to? I think maybe it was named work because it's deliberate action and it's challenging but we realize it's a necessary process we're choosing to go thru in order to progress. Some people live like they're in the movie "Groundhog Day." (He had to work to get to a different day.)

The sequence/order of the first topic you discussed: Thoughts - Belief - Words - Actions All these - even what these are - are very different in different people - culturally and micro-culturally even in families. For me, because I think in an abstract, visual way, thoughts usually came first, underneath words. It wasn't until I put my thoughts into words that I knew what my beliefs were. For me, it was thoughts-words-belief - actions. I discovered - there's another important feature: Movement - in the action category. I've found that changing things for myself on merely a physical level, on the level of my own physical mannerisms - this purely "physical" change powerfully influenced my words and then my thinking ...and only later did I realize my fundamental values were shifting. so: Movement/Action - Thinking - Words - Beliefs
