It is a kind of milk sweet prepared specially in few parts of India..It is prepared from a cow's colostrum milk which refers to first secration from the mammary glands after giving birth to a calf. This would be very thick and slightly yellowish in color and rich in nutrition. Now to prepare the dish add half part colostrum milk with half normal milk and add sugar or jaggery. You can add pinch of black pepper for some heat. Stir the dish untill the sugar gets dissolved in milk. Now water boil it and on top put heavy weigth in the lid so that the steam doesnot escape. After 15 minutes turn off the gas and let it cool. Now the dish ready.

@David Sanusi - This is Junnu, a pudding kind of dessert, made with cow's colostrum milk usually. Earlier in olden days, it was quite rare to find this dessert. But this person has tried to make it more available to everyone these days and this video is his story of how he made it possible. Even in parts of North India like Gujarat, Punjab you can find this dessert, may be with a different name.
