Nice video. I think one of the Con that you forgot to mention is the utilization targets, keeping track of chargeable hours and managing the time budget assigned at the clients.
@successbysanjna3 жыл бұрын
This can be a con and a pro, it's good for time management as well and offcourse for the firm too. Helps tracks targets and budgets, which is why we didn't mention it :)

Is senior consultant at the big 4 not that well paying a role or that good for career prospects?
@successbysanjna4 жыл бұрын
Well it’s pretty much known that big 4 don’t pay as well. They are always under market standards. I suppose the experience you get is definitely the reason for it and the competitiveness/reputation to get in :)

My experience: Worked an average of 60 hours a week for marginal pay. Got me a decent exit opp, but really did not enjoy it while I was there.

Hey guys! Great video. Do you know if English is the spoken language worldwide within KPMG? I know it's the language of the business world, but I can't imagine a Russian audit manager talking to a Russian client in English!
@successbysanjna4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Ollie! I believe it would only be spoken between countries or people who aren't familiar with the native language. I definitely makes sense for a Russian Audit manager to talk to the Russian client in Russian - also helps with rapport building :)

What exactly did you want to know? Travelling to and from clients? I think the travelling part is great- but if you do it too often it can get tiring especially if you have to continuously live out of a suitcase. Once in a while is fine :) get to travel for free hehe
