David Goggins saved my Life. Before January 13th I was suffering from severe Depression, Drug and Alcohol Addiction and weighing 300 pounds obese male and I had hit rock bottom. I was suffering tremendously and I had to make a choice. I started exercising everyday day left social medi for good and slowly started getting better. I'm currently going through cancer chemotherapy and it's important that I keep lifting to maintain muscle mass otherwise my body will fall apart and I won't make it. Yesterday I was just not feeling it and couldn't get out of bed in the afternoon to do my workout. Listened to Jocko and Goggins for a while and then smashed out a big leg day.
