Hi Danny , unfortunately can’t make to Vegas ! Snowed under on the car wash process . But listening to your podcast , I have 285 sq feet laundry it has 8 x 22 lbs and 10 dryers 24/7 , it T/O $8,500 last month net $ 5, 300 . It was free ! 100% .

15k gross is pretty low.... some stores in NY CAN GROSS 40K+ EASY ^believe that^ the purpose of this comment is to give accurate information. your location is very important. no coin pushers, arcades, etc. i believe NYC is one of the best places for a laundromat. if you can find a low rent and get a good lease ....trade off is that its a saturated market so it might take a little longer to find a good deal

Profit is profit. There’s no formula for what storeX is supposed to make Compared to storeY just cause they are the same square footage. Location, foot traffic and competition determines what you gross. Now net profit is based on what your lease is on the equipment and space and what’s left is your take home profit.

I'm a little confused on the process here. So you hunt for laundrymats that are closing down? And these have all the equipment and infrastructure already in there? so you negotiate a lease contract, go in, turn the lights and water on, fix up the equipment and spruce the place up and you're off to the races?

I have 45k in savings to invest in a laundry mat. I don’t know where to start! Rental in my area (fast growing no competition) is 25+ a square foot. 5k a month minimum on rent alone. Is that too high?

Hey Danny what do you think about laundry equipment in apartment building? Sharing 40% profit with the property owner, and you’re only responsible for equipment and repairs.

Hi Danny if you can help obtain as many laundromats as possible even if it’s just one. My biological father own two of laundromats with his partner in lakehurst and toms river new jersey. I only met him about 5 times in my whole life. Please let me know if you would be willing to help me.

Think about what you're "buying". The space is typically not owned by the person who is trying to sell the laundromat. All he/she owns is the equipment. And it's all used junk. Danny retools a store every 7 years. . .and when he takes over a space. This is why Danny refuses to pay for someone else's loser. Get his course and digest it. That should be the only money you ever invest from your own pocket.

You only need about $300-400 to buy Danny's course. Then you won't need a bank loan if you follow his strategy.

@@michellemelliswhat strategy is that without having any loan guarantee? Not unless you are talking about getting the rundown free laundromats that one pays like 1.5k per month... I honestly think there is no way out without having any loan guarantees not unless you can convince friends to loan you the money
